minutes of meetings or financial records of the Adhoc Committee formed by deputy registrar

dear learned advocates,

last November after resignation of the MC of our housing society the deputy registrar of our ward appointed a 3 member adhoc committee to run day to day activities of our society Till new election to form a new MC was held.

last month new election was held and our society formed a new MC unopposed.

Wish to know if the minutes or financial records of the adhoc committee need to be maintained or discarded .

your legal views will be appreciated.

All the records of the proceedings need to be maintained through the presribed period.

Not only the financial transactions but the records of other activities during the tenure of the adhoc committee are also to be maintained properly as usually followed for maintainng the association records.
