Dear Sir
2 years ago my nephew run away from our residence and we made a fir against this still we could not found him. I just that he is in mumbai. We had given contact no mail id facebook id bank account of his to police officer tontrace him. Police did not do anything and forcing us to go for mumbai and bring him back . But the problem is that i dont know his axact location. police officer is harasing us too much.
Can i withraw the case.
please suggest me what can i do?

In case police is not helping you then approach competent court for direction to the police.
