Hello I am planning to buy a plot in newly developed layout, in Bangalore Karnataka. During the document verification our lawyer told there in missing entry in the EC and corresponding sale deed is also missing.
Sequence of event,
From initial owner to Party A, land got sold in 1940 (As mentioned sale deed executed in 1985). But this entry is missing in the EC and no corresponding sale deed.)
(During this period (1958) RR Index and RTC is transferred to the buyer name (New name) )
Second transaction happened in 1985.
Rest of the thing are fine from here.
Could i go ahead with the purchase or not ? Will the transaction happened before 1958 matters ?
