Hello Experts!
1. I wish to know steps and protocol to be abided by to restrict or stop the installation of mobile network tower on the roof of my society. Not all members of society have given consent but the chairperson had issued go ahead even before resolution was passed.
2. The Chairperson is self proclaimed and unnominated resident of society (Society is not yet formed as its new construction) any ways to avoid such malatious practices in residential society?
