Modern slavery act - applicability in India

Is modern slavery act ever going to be implemented in India ? How does Indian constitution protects the basic rights of an employee ? reference to context- some of the employment contract clauses are against the fundamental rights of employees and employees are forced to sign the contract as otherwise the employment would be denied; what regulations protects a corporate employee in such situation? if there is a conflict with the employer where should an employee go to avail protection under the law??

Yes, there is a big problem. The irony of the situation is that the denial of basic rights are being imposed under the pretext of HR practices. There are no easy solutions. It is beyond an individual to teke up the issues. Only collective bargaining is the solution.
