Hello, My wife has filed Domestic Voilence case against me and wud be shortly filing Divorce case on me also.Earlier, I was doing money lending business with wife's uncle. After this case he stopped business with me. Now funds are in my bank. Also i'm working .I have a salary bank a/c. I usually do not withdraw money from this a/c, since I used to move it to business earlier. Plz suggest what should I do now keeping in mind the maintenance payment to wife.?

1. No Order as to paying maintenance has come.
2. First the question should have been which 'income' I should show as and when maintenance case filed by her; money lending or salary or both?
3. Be it so, "declared income" of respondent is what is considered for maintenance. It is for her to show your other A/C.

Her uncle will leak out your account details . Hence no point storing the money over there . Either withdraw transfer elsewere or show that you incured losses in your business .
So best option is to show salary account when asked for .
