Pls let me know, I want to buy a property through bank loan. But the owner of the property had lost his mother deed . he has the mutation certificate & Up to date Tax Clearance certificate from local Municipality . But due to mother deed lost bank doesn't approve our loan. property owner is ready to do any kind of legal procedure to disbrusment of loan . Property in kolkata under Kolkata municipality .Please suggest what are the legal norms i have to flow to get the loan or registered the property in my name ??
