In my view, it is at the discretion of the court to decide the amount of compensation to be paid but it can not be denied.

Members can not foretell the Tribunal's verdict. You have to make such submissions with the letter of the employee agreeing to accept that specific amount of compensation offered by you. It is left to the tribunal to decide the issue.
