Multiple maintenance are allowed by law, no big deal.  If you have quams, you can let both the courts know and they will take appropriate action.  Anyways 5000 is enough for the wife, you will need to pay extra for ur two kids.  Nowadays in rs 5000 u can manage wife, and two kids, think yourself, be honest and yourself pay another 5000 for the kids welfare, would you have not done it if they were with you?  Anyway court has all the right to order alimony under two different laws keeping in mind todays rising costs of living.
