Mutation

Sir, Since the forum has expertise in the area of property, i thought may be i can put my query to u. a) what documents are required for Mutation b) Is "NOC" required from the heirs even if their name does not exist in the registered WILL i hope to get an early response Rajesh

In case of registered will, no NOC is required from the other heirs for the purpose of sanction of mutation.

the documents required for mutation process is 1) registered will deed, 2) link documents of the property, 3) Encumbrance Certificate,  etc., even though it is registered document you have to take NOC from the legal heirs to be on safer side. ( to avoid diputes)
