Plot Measuring 50 SqYrds with construction of ground floor (completely covered) and First Floor construction of about 25 Sq Yrds. Construction year 1989. This plot was part of bigger plot measuring 200 Sq Yrds.
Questions:
1. I want to get the mutation done - What do I need to do? and Which authority do I need to contact? Is it advisable for me to do this?
2. I want to get the map of property approved (existing construction). What do I need to do? Which authority should I contact? Will I be able to get the map approved with existing construction without damaging the property?
