I have purchased a residential plot (in HMDA approved residential layout) in Hyderabad outskirts. That Revenue village is still in panchayat (Not comes under Greater Hyderabad Muncipal Corporation).
I have enquired village revenue officer about mutation of the Residential plot, I have told that matation cannot be done residential plots.
Please, give me clarification Mutation of the residential plots in panchayat village.
