Mutual divorce

Hi, My mutual divorce case is pending in Delhi, the first motion is done in Feb 2023 all the payments are done and terms as decided in our compromise deed have been fulfill by me and my family. No any case is filed/pending related to DV Act/498A/125 etc. till yet. My wife is also a working women and earn around Rs 35000 (Approx) . Now my wife and her family member said that they want more money and they want go to the women cell for that.

My Question are given below:

1. Can she go for women cell.

2. Can she file any false case against me and my family on such stage.

3. What i have to do if she is not signed and come for 2nd motion.

1. She cannot be restricted from filing additional case for the purpose of extortion of money from you.

2. She can.

3. You can file a contested divorce on the grounds of cruelty.

Dear All,

Thanks for valuble reply.

I just want to ask somthing from you:-

"It that case a male person and his family has to harass even he can fullfill each and everything as decided between them. And our law and judiciary is silent on this."

Women has all rights to file false case and enjoy her life and male has to appear in courts only.

Now that compromise appears to be being scuttled, you have no option but to deal with the issues on their merits.
