I am taking advice from experts on behalf of my friends, He got marry in April 2014 and his wife went to her maiden within15 days of marriage and marriage not consumed yet now she doesn't want to continue her marital life with him so both family decided to take divorce peacefully. so my question is How to take mutual divorce before 1 year of marriage because i heared under HMA its not possible to file MCD before 1 year of marriage. thats why I want to know is there any provision or how to proceed.
