My case is in mediation center

Hi friends,my wife filled a fake dowry case on me and my parents. Now FIR have been registered on me and my family.Now case is in mediation center in court. My wife wants to live with me seprately in rented house and dont want to come at my homr as per my inlaws direction. Now 10 sep we all will go to mediation center. Now i have decided that i will live seprately for the sake of my family. My question is that,Is it good that my wife is coming through this process ?Is it good for me in future ? What will happan in mediation center ? Please guide me.
