I born in1970. we are 2 brothers and 3 sisters.I am the youngest sister of all.My native place is hyderabad andhrapradesh.
I was married in 1990. My father got 4 acers property in rangareddy district of andhrapradesh.At the time of my marriage my father promised me 1/2 acer land of that land. He wrote it on plain white paper as shtri dhan and gave it to me.My father,my mother and my elder brother signed on it. Howere he has not given physical possesion of the said property.Now both of my parents (father and mother)died because of old age. my brothers constructed the houses in that land and there is still 2 acers land is vacant. Now my brothers are not allowing me to take the physical possesion of my 1/2 acer land and not in a position to give even a 300 yards plot out of it. On enquiry I came to know that the entire 4 acers said land was inherited by by may father by way of partition whith his brther. My father has not written any will deed. Kindly advice me my legal wrights.
