Requesting your guidance for my name in various documents.
As per my school and college certificate my name is R . ANANDHAN and my father name is H . RAGAVENDRAN.
But my name is appearing in various documents as mentioned below due to confusion in first and last name.
Educational certificates : R ANANDHAN
Pancard : RAGAVENDRAN ANANDHAN
AADHAAR ; ANANDHAN R
DL : ANANDHAN R
PASSPORT : Given name : ANANDHAN & Surname : RAGHAVENDRAN
Employer Record : ANANDHAN RAGAVENDRAN
UAN - PF : ANANDHAN RAGAVENDRAN
Recently I have tried to link my aadhaar with my PF account, but it is failed due to name mismatch.
and I would like to change my name in pan card as " ANANDHAN R " , but how to write in pan application form.
also guide me how to link aadhaar with PF account also.
Please guide me with right solution come out of this confusion.
