Dear Advocate Chandu,

Thank you for your time to respond. Bail petition filed immediately after judgment at trail court with 2 surities and family bailed out.

How long the bail is valid and for appeal in appellate court?

bail is valid till the appeal is filed and first hearing heard, subject to the filing of appeal within the limitation period.  On the first date of hearing of appeal itself, the court issues notice and also grants bail.

Thank you Mr. Chandu. Appreciate your guidance.
