Ncdrc

(i)   in view of the decision of NCDRC on 7th October, can an individual or a group of persons file cases against builders in terms of Section 12(1)(c) of the CPA?

(ii) How do an individual will know whether any other consumer had filled the case prior to him so that he/she can tag their cases?
(iii) And why would someone wish to file separate case, when the judgement is going to affect all such consumers?
(iv) When the builders are not ready to pay compensation to few, why and how they can be forced to pay to all the consumers?
(v) Would builders not prefer to go for bankrupcy rather than paying 12% interest for late payment to all the consumers ?
