I need a advice for a issue on a rented property of us.
I have a commercial property on rent since more than 15 years.But now owner is planning to sell the property without any notification.
1.Will the New owner sue against me to cancel the tenancy .I am much worried .
2.Due to some reasons I closed my firm licenses & all since last 5 years( and opened a new firm due luck factor and all).But I used to work and pay the rent from old firm name regularly.Will it affect any way ?
3.I got to know from a owners family friend that the owners firm name from which he used to give me receipts is different than the firm in which sale deed is going on.Will it affect me ??
Please help me out.....I am much worried.
