Hi Sir,
My Father died in 1997.He owns a house and an empty land of 200 yards in guntur.My mother dint transfer the property on her name officially,We are 4 children and my sister recently got married.My mother want to give land to my sister which is in a separate place from our house.Younger 2 brothers are agreed to that.But Elder brother is not agreeing for that,and he said he will not sign the document.
Iam in favour of my mother&sister.
My question is---Can my mother do registration of land to my sister,without informing all/elder brother.
Will u please advice me on how to proceed according to law
