Hi All,
My name is Kumaravasanth and i work for an MNC in Hyderabad,my native being madurai(Tamil nadu) got married in 2011, Nov 2nd with a girl from Trcihy. Right from the moment of marriage there has been problems being created by the girls family. Now after a recent fight with my wife, she left for her home town with her brother. Now they have filed a memo against me and it says that i have harassed her(not sure if the girl or the girls family) has done that, but i am facing this issue, but never have i tried to do that or am i of such nature. Also to mention i have borrowed a sum of 2laks from them for the marriage just for the reason that they prepond the marriage and at that time i didnt have enough money in hand. Also i have borrowed some money on the girls jewels with her consent for buying a car, which is in my hometown and i will be bringing it to Hyd once i get my licence.
Now, please advice me on how i have to approch this case and to mention the girls family is pretty strong and everytime they even try to talk with me they come in masses and even once when they came to my place they had pushed me and i fell on my bed. Everyone in my family are so dejected and i am not knowing what to do.
Please do advice me on this. Would there be an FIR issued against me in this case.
