if the person who issued a check died during the trial under section 138 N.I.Act then are  his sons responsible to pay the amount ? or what is the procedure for the recovery of amount ?

if high court ordered to lower court not to take any advers order against accused  and accused are not able to get the certified copy then what is the procedure to inform the lower  court about the decesion of high court

Yes, with justified reasons, casecan be trf from Wife's residence to an another convenient Court.
