I would like to know about the FIR. Sections: 420/467/468/120B, in delhi. The case is all about fake visa had been provided to the complainant. Its been now around 2 years for this case and my brother is still going for dates regularly. However, nothing happening. Bcoz after every 4-5 dates his judge gets change and the case is stil there. My query is can we quash the FIR and get rid of all this problem as he is just 27yr old. We are ready to compromise but not gettting the correct information about it and neither any lawyer helping us properly. My brother n family is so tensed about it and want to get out of all these issue. Neither he is able to work anywhere because he has to go to court date after every month or two...So its big problem for him to get holidays so he is not working for last 2 years.
Please Advise on it on an urgent basis. Your help will be appreciated.
