Sir,
I need any citation of Karnataka High court or Bangalore family court or Supreme court where Husband has won Maintenance case under section 24 filed by wife who is working and highly educated.
This example citation will be really helpful to fight against my wife who has filed Maintenance case under section 24 even though she is working and highly educated.

Generally working wife is given no or low maintenance.
How long has it been since the case been started.
Are you paying any interim maintenance already as that might affect your permanent maintenance.
