We are in the process of preparing content of mutual consent divorse with wife's family. Its looks like a end of 3 year strugle and lot of humilation from there side. We are fine with mutual consent divorse as it can save us from 498 or other wrong allegations.
Question is , They want to add a line saying that " Boys Family memebers, including mother and sister, droped girl to her some relatives and went away and later girl came to her parents house by her own".
We are not very much sure about legal implications of these lines as they can use it to say that we have expeled her and in invloved mother and sister.
They are not ready to proceed further without this and we are still trying as we want to avoid going seperatly to court.
Please advise.
