Under Section 494 of Indian Penal Code, Bigamy is an offence. Your success in prosecution would depend on establishing that you had a valid marriage with "your wife" that has not been dissolved/annulled by a competent court of law and also that she has "remarried".

If you have got proof and prove it in court, she will be punished for bigamy. He will be punished for adultery.
