Why girl's family gave 3 lakhs to you???? If u have accept it then it is dowry and u have to return the money.

The gave 3 lakhs as part of Its marriage expence.So do I need to return it back?

Yes, yiou might have to give the same back, if there is nothing on record to show that it was given for marriage expenses.
