Need Help Please.....

Dear Sir, I would like to thanks to every body in this forum. My dad expired recently, and has two wifes. First wife doest not have any kids and she is staying my dad house at his home town. My dad and fistt wife did not take any diverce. My dad was staying with my mom and me from past 40 years . We have ration card , voter ids . My dad got property from his father, still few of that property is in his home town. Can i have rights to get that property? what is the procedure to get that? How much i will get property from that? Could you please advice me some suggestions? Thanks in Advance, ram
