I am a victim of SC order regarding a engineering degree. Nearly about 30 thousand students are effected by the SC order. They passed the judgement suddenly, based on a court case. Now, many are going for review, curative, writ petition. If it helps to review the order, and i am not a part of the petitioner, will the decision will support only those apply for review or it will be for all the victims?
