NEED INFORMATION ABOUT DIVORCE

IN COMPLETE LAW IS IT POSSIBLE WITHOUT HUSBAND ACCEPTANCE DIVORCE CAN BE ISSUED BY COURT IF WIFE WANTS DIVORCE.FOR WHAT REASONS DIVORCE WILL BE ISSUED.MY DOUBT IS MUTUAL ACCEPTANCE MANDATORY TO GIVE DIVORCE OR NOT.PLEASE EXPLAIN ME IN DETAIL

No with out husband consent no divorce is done.

Yes if both party mututally agreed then only divorce is done .

Again it depend up on fact of case.

If obtaining divorce from you is the objective and one party doesn't wanna give consent, still divorce can be obtained. There arr more than one way to get it. Both for u n her. Chillax.
