-This is a Industrial establishment in mumbai

-It is into Oil & Gas project sector.

-Almost more than 100 persons are working in mumbai & pune office.

-I was working as an senior project engineer for 2.8 years.I had resigned 1 month before through Email.

-I was permanent employee.

-I dont have any power.

-No one is reporting to me. Also I am not decision maker in this organization, rather I have to report my manager.

-I am not member of any union.

-My new employer has allowed me to work without letter, but still in future it will be required..
