Hi, I am an HR in an IT Company, working as a contract employee. I have been married for more than 5 years with no kids. I would like to file for divorce. How should i go about it. What are the legal aspects that i should keep in mind before making the first move in asking for divorce

prima facie, clear the matter weather u r palnning to file a divorce u/s 13 B (mutual divorce) and as u r husband or wife as the matter/ ground become different form person to person.
explain me in detail the entire matter to me.
