my Mother purchased a land in Bikaner ( Rajasthan) on year 1990 land was sell out by the power of attorny which is registred in sub-register of assurance Kolkata on the year 4-4-1990
the owner who had sell us land & person who had carry out power attorny both are 90 + age and they are on bed
& its very important to complte my chain of document of land
so please tell me can we take certified copy from registr office
