Need registration

1. Neither party’s here has done legal re-marriage.
2. Party’s respective first marriage under Arya Samaj Marriage is still valid in eyes of Law which is validated under the Arya Samaj Marriage Validation Act. It first needs to be canceled by way of decree in divorce proceeding from each other then respective party should marry and not the way it is presented here seeking remedy.

Hence re-marriage of presented nature shouldnot be Registered via legal means.

Immediate legal complications; if either parties spouse comes to know of earlier marriage of their respective spouse they can take h/er to Court under fraud or misrepresentation if knowledge of same is available to them in less than 1 year of date of presented re-marriage provided they don’t cohabit together soon after  discovery of fraud.

sir it means my first marriage are still valid. I was never been with her a sigle day. its about to 2 years for my first marrriage. 

first marriage can not be cancelled.

You could have known the legal consequences of marrying again. I think the marriage in Arya samaj mandir needs to be registered....

You can choose to let it be a secret or reveal and face consequences....
