Dear Sir,

   Pls find history of my case -

1- wife filed divorce, maintenance u/s 24 for herself and u/s 125 for female child.

2- court imposed Rs 1000 per month for both. order date 21-12-11  

3- i paid by cheque to wife.

4- i gave one cheque for child also but she did not deposited cheque in to the bank because she says baby dosen't have bank account.

5- on 23-08-2012 court gave one revised order in the case of child maintenance. as per that order i will pay baby's school fees.

6- i paid that fees.

now she has filed one case u/s 125 3 on the ground of old order. court has issued warrent against me on 13-03-2013. pls suggest what shoud i do.

can i file review application in same court.

wife filed D/v also but court did't fix any intrem. this is case of adultery. she took back case u/s crpc 257 at the last stage. 

also pls have a look attached letter which i wrote to court. few more thinks u will get in that.
