I would like to get answer regarding following details.
I got airtel connection 7 months before. The dealer said to take two connections because there is no line in this area so they asked to get two lines. They said after 1 month you can cut the line. I informed to airtel to cut the line else change to incoming only option. but they did not do it. From starting i do not use the internet connection. so did not pay the bill amount now i got notice from airtel. but i am in the situation do not pay the amount and i need 1 to 2 months to pay the amount. Now i am using another connection in this there are lots of compliant always getting trouble in my line. So i made compliant again again but last 2 months i complianted 7 times. in the last time around 15 days there is no internet due to line problem. because of this i lost my business. now i m in the situation to cancel connetion and need to extent the time to pay the bill amount. How to get it?. Else let me file a compliant in consumer side. kindly answer to move further on this.
