Need Help
my frnd university declare result of his MCA 4th sem at 26/12/2011 at which all the students of MCA 4th have show Absent in One Subject (RDBMS-II), neither any student absent at that time, they all gave their paper but result show Absent of all MCA 4th sem students. I think this is due to misplacement of Attendance Sheet by the Examination Center STaff .
My question is : now what action we can take against the university/college accordiing to LAW?

If they have paid fees for appearing in the examination they are consumer and can redress their grievances against the University in Consumer forum.

What for the student's unions, registrars, principle, VC are there? Students should represent to them.
Students must be keeping copy of their date sheet, roll numbers, fee payment receipts.
