My neighbor bedroom's closable window comes partially opposite to my kitchen chimney hole but we are at top floor of the building and there is a gap of 3 feet in between us.
So the smokes can be easily carried away by the outer air from all the 3 sides of the building.
When I was not in home, they installed a 10 feet pvc pipe on my chimney hole without my consent.
Now I can't use my kitchen chimney as all the smokes are blocked and deflected to my kitchen itself.
They haven't informed about this installation to us and we came to know only when the smokes are circled back in the kitchen itself.
My neighbor locked their home and went for a vacation and they are not willing to solve this in a friendly manner.
How can I remove the extended pipe legally?
