Kindly clarify:

- What is this NOC, you have mentioned in your post? Have you been asked to collect some NOC from your stockiest /CA/C&F/HOD's of various depts. of your company? On what grounds you were asked to do so and for what reasons you have accepted to collect NOC? Have you received any instruction to do so, and if yes there instructions are verbal or in writing?

-Have you submitted any representation to your appointing authority, and MD and Head-HR, in writing under acknowledgment by letter or email regarding non receipt of your salary?

-Are you marking your attendance? re you working on routine basis? Have you received copy of approved tour programme/work schedule and if you have not received you should dispatch another copy of your TP and mention that you are working as per TP already supplied by you on dated...........to Mr/Ms....... and keep the POD safely with you..

You should immediately submit the representation and request the good offices to supply you the reasons in writing by registered post and  postage prepaid self addressed envelope and mention that envelope is enclosed. You may also mention that you are facing financial hardship and your salary should be supplied to you at once in cash in office. If you are apprehending that company shall ask you to leave it shall be appropriate to finalize your venture and keep another offer in hand.
