Stay order secured on behalf of said so called loose association in the Delhi High Court is attached, consequent to that the said association is beyond the purview of RTI act

Salient features of Poddar Committee report on the basis of which, the said association has been purporetedly formed is attached alongwith reply on behalf of said association to High Court of Rajasthan.

Nobody bothered on behal of the said association  to follow the RTI act (even when there was no stay order of any court of law to follow the Right to Information Act) despite the Ministry of Finance written letters  issued to it reminding it that it is "regulator" of general insurance companies..
