I am working as a professional in a hospital in Hyderabad. As per my contract 10 percentage of my salary is deducted per month. Since Feb my salary along with all other doctors is due. in asking management they say no money /salary will b given once funds will b available. I have mailed them every month and I sincerely to help me what is legally possible to get my hard earned salary and to make the irresponsible management to stop this harrassment .

Or with help and support of united employees/doctors forums/unions
Or thru court of law
Get proper legal opinion from a very able LOCAL senior counsel of unshakable repute and integrity specializing in labor/service matters and well versed with LOCAL applicable rules/laws and having successful track record…. and worth his/her salt…….ASAP.
Check for such counsel at LOCAL labor courts/CGIT, CAT, School-Educational tribunals, civil courts, HC, SC.
