My previous employer- DS MAX PROPERTIES Pvt Ltd Bangalore...is NOT processing my full and final settlement..i.e. RE-LEAVING LETTER, PF and ONE MONTH SALARY. its already 3 month is over.
At DS MAX - I was working as Asst. Manager-Market Research since Jun 2013 .. but after one year of service without any prior written communication management changed my JD from Market Research to Sales & Marketing of Flats & Apartment.. so I given resignation from my job. which was accepted by GM-HR (CHANDRAN P) , GM-CORPORATE SALES (Mr. Anupam), and COO - Leiyachon and handover all the belongings of the company at the time of EXIT INTERVIEW to the GM-HR.(Mr. CHANDRAN) and to the reporting manager - GM-Corporate Sales (Mr. Anupam ).
My reason of job change was -
I was being hired as Asst. Manager - Market Research. But after some time reporting manager Anupam Mishra, told that you should start doing sales and marketing...of apartment. And close the sale and you have to work on target basis. Initially, I started working for sales/site visits etc, but when I have come to know that SALES/MARKETING is not cup of tea for me.
I denied for sales and told the reporting manager and GM -HR, that I can’t do sales and marketing of flats/apartment because I was not hired for sales and marketing of flats.
After 1.3 yr of service on August 26, 2014 I submitted my resignation letter. BUT when I asked, I want to serve the notice period, management (COO-LEIYACHON, GM-CORPORATE SALES, GM-HR(CHANDRAN P), VP-SALES (Mr. Dilip), told that no need to serve the notice period. You can put your paper directly.
SO I handed over the company belongings to the GM- HR and reporting manager and completed exit interview. When I asked for FULL & FINAL SETTLEMENT, GM-HR, COO-Leiyachon and GM-Corporate Sales told that you will get call from us in next one or two week of time.
I waited for two months - after 2 months of time, when I not received any response from DS MAX- I write (& called) to COO - Leiyachon, GM-HR, & GM-Corporate Sales for Full & Final Settlement...
Now they are saying, You performance was not up to the mark in the last couple of months (July- August) You had done personal work in the month of August in official time ( While I had done many site visits with clients in those months. And I was on time in the office, all the thumb impression can be noted) Because of these reasons You will not get any amount / PF/ Re-leaving letter from us, said COO - LEIYACHON - DS MAX Properties Pvt Ltd Bangalore over the telephonic conversation on Wed-15Oct, 2014.
I have Offer letter, appointment letter, confirmation letter, Company ID-Card Zerox copy, resignation letter..but I don't have exit form zerox copy.
So requesting you- kindly help me...i.e. HOW I CAN GET MY SALARY, PF, RE-LEAVING LETTER...from DS MAX PROPERTIES PVT LTD Bangalore..
Shall I need to send legal notice..for full and final settlement.
HELP ME PLEASE !!!
