no will BUT LAST WISHES IN VIDEO

Should will be in written form + registered +..... (OR) can last wishes/desire/eccha IN VIDEO OF HIGH QUALITY BE CONSIDERED WILL want to know legal validity?

sandeep ji you can write your will on the plain paper give all details of the property to whom is you are making the will details of your children and the share you want to give them remember to sign your will at the last it is mandatory , attest your will by at least by two witnesses with their sign and complete address prefer the witness should be out of family member, and registered it in the sub registration office, engage a local lawyer for making your will .

what  is the necessity to make a video recording when the property can be bequeathed easily by will ?. there is no such provision in transfer of property act or any other personal laws for this. So IMO, No. intestate succession alone will come into play... Supreme COurt citations if any may come for help...
