Hello,
What is the exact meaning of the statement in a Non Compete Clause ,"The Employee agrees not to pursue a similar profession or trade against the competetion of the Employer" , as there are no time limits specified in this statement, does that mean that it holds for the life time. and One cannot run another company which his/her present employer thinks as a Competitor, or get a job with the competitor.
