Non issue of liquor at csd canteen for last 15 months and denial of entry into cantenn now

i am an exservice man for lasr 18 years . I ahave been drawing liquor form csd canteen first 16 years. For last 15 months the liquor issue has been denied to me. Last month I was denied permission to enter the canteen also. I was and even now holding valid csd smart card .Several complaints made no response.pl help to go about
