Hello,
I belong to Madhya Pradesh. I am planning to do non-permanent residential construction on agricultural land. More specifically, I am building a shipping container home on my agricultural land. What is the legal framework around such non-permanent and ready-to-move construction? Is such type of construction allowed on agricultural land in MP?

Hello,
You can inform the village office of small residential unit being installed. As per my opinion, you can have small residential construction in agricultural land.
