I have purchased 1706 SQ ft flat from one promoter agency. After registration of property, now it is more than a year , we are waiting to get the CC from the promoter but after several request also, there is no answer from the promoter. Even still they have not given us the mother meter and other things which being promised. I have purchased the property from bank loan and though I am an NRI, not able to contact personally with the promotor frequently. Please let me know how would I get the CC from the promoter.
