You can use RTI to get the information as under :-
(i) copy of computger output showing the default.
(ii) name of dealing clerk/ SS/APFC in compliance section dealing with the case.
(iii) copy of notice if any issued to the employer under section 7A and copies of subsequent proceedings.
(iv) name of the EO deputed to the company and copy of his report alongwith date of deputing him to the company.
(v) copy of assessement notice if any sent.
(vi) copy of entire file in recovery section alongiwth name of dealing clerk/ SS/APFC in recovery section.
