The DTC is engaged a contract basis job as a conductor but they do not follow the rules of Minimum Daily wages rule circular of Labour Ministry on 01/02/2010. they offer Rs.192.31/- per day. the labour ministry has declared the 7020/- rs. per month. the DTC is 192.31X26 days and the sum of Rs. 5000/- and after deducting ESI AND EPF. after that I received Rs. 4400/- per month. they do not allowed and gazzetted and restircted holidays.
please let me know that how can i received full amount of money as per labour ministry rule
